We briefly introduce our Organisation  “Austin Paints & Chemicals Pvt Ltd” established in the year 2000,  registered with SSI, NSIC, having ISO 9001 : 2015 & ISO 14001 : 2004 Certification & during the last 22 years is one of the leading manufacturer of Industrial, Defence, Railways, Decorative & Patternised Paints in India.

We offer the complete range of Painting Systems of Epoxy, Polyurethane, Synthetic Primers, Putties, for Architectural as well as Industrial Coatings  which could be over coated with exterior & interior PU/Synthetic & Water Based Acrylic Emulsion Paints on metal, concrete & other surfaces.

Our Company is Registered with RDSO, RCF, CLW, BLW, PLW, MCF & ICF. Already in business with steel, pipes, Construction & Agricultural Equipments. Battery Industries etc.  We are undergoing enlistment in the field of Oil, Power & LPG Cylinder Sectors.

Our Factory is located at Kolkata, Belgharia with all the facilities & maintaining highest standards of Product Quality & services with major thrust in competitive pricing. We have an indigenous R&D set up where the paints have been developed after numerous trials to meet the customer specification both at the project & maintenance stage. Our Paints are Tested & Certified by RITES, NTH & Regional Testing Centre MSME (Govt. Of India), conforming to IS, BS & ASTM Specifications.

Our MD, Dr Chinmoy Bhattacharya has a degree in Post  Doctoral Research on Cellulosic Liquid Crystals at Laval University, Quebec, Canada. In addition ha also has  Doctorate in Polymer Chemistry from Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, India. He is fully conversant with the technology of automotive, industrial, polyurethane & epoxy paints. Under the guidance of our Director the company has reached to the new heights of success in a very short span of time.

QUALITY
Taking quality as our prime concern, we have adopted latest & highly effective quality check techniques. The conplete testing done under the able guidance of our quality control experts. We procure good quality Raw Materials for manufacture of our all Industrial & Architectural Coatings. We use Resins, Pigments, Additives & Solvents of genuine grade for production to meet the requirements of our customers. Quality checks are carried out under strict guidance of TQM. The following specialised equipment (few list of equipments to add) are available with us to ensure & complete stringent quality checks.

INFRASTRUCTURE
Our robust infrastructural set up is facilitated with advanced machines & Equipments helping us to manufacture Eco Friendly Products. The manufacturing is spread over an area of 10000 sq. ft. Our rohubst infrastructure also incorporates a seperate R&D Wing , Quality check departments well equipped for carrying out various Tests & Developments.
